
Dr. Elizabeth Hofmeister was born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Nebraska in 1987. She then attended the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL and graduated Cum Laude in 1991. She continued her podiatric training in a surgical residency program at Central Community Hospital under the directorship of Dr. Charles Witt.
Dr. Hofmeister then began her private podiatric practice in Manteno, IL. In the fall of 1992, she opened what is now called Prairie Rock Foot and Ankle Clinic.
Dr. Hofmeister is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association. She is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and an active staff member at Riverside Medical Center, Provena St. Mary’s Hospital and the Riverside Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Dr. Hofmeister has lived in Kankakee County with her husband and 3 children since 1991. She is a member of the local Manteno Rotary Club and is a school board member for Manteno Community School District #5. She is also a member of College Church of the Nazarene in Bourbonnais, IL.
She keeps busy with her family, but in her spare time enjoys working in the yard, biking, snow skiing and traveling with family and friends.

Dr. Hodulik is a member of both the American Podiatric Medical Association and
The Illinois Podiatric Medical Association. She is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and holds full staff privileges at Riverside Medical Center, Provena St. Mary’s Hospital.
Dr. Hodulik enjoys all aspects of podiatric medicine, from conservative care to surgery and has an interest in arthritis. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Kankakee chapter of the Arthritis Foundation for the past ten years.
She currently resides in Manteno with her husband and three children, which occupy most of her free time. Besides enjoying time with her family, she also enjoys reading, animals and the outdoors.

A native of Glendale Heights, IL, Dr. Robert P. Martin received a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1992. He is a graduate of the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, OH where he earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree in 1996. Dr. Martin completed a three year Podiatric Surgical Residency through Palmetto General Hospital in Hialeah, FL, where he earned the status of Chief Resident. He received training from both podiatric and orthopedic faculty throughout his program. In conjunction with his residency program, he also completed a six month surgical Fellowship at Hadassah Hospital in Jerusalem, Israel in 1999. He then entered private practice in Chicago, IL for 3 years prior to joining Prairie Rock Foot and Ankle Clinic in November of 2002.
Dr. Martin is a member of both the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association. He is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.  He also has served as the Director of Residency training at Provena St. Mary’s and holds full staff privileges at both hospitals. He has an interest in all areas of podiatric medicine, ranging from conservative treatments to reconstructive surgery. Dr. Martin is fluent in Spanish.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, listening to music, reading and spending time with his family. Dr. Martin is also an avid runner who competes in marathons and is a member of a local running club. He currently resides in Manteno.
