Physicians

Dr. Elizabeth Hofmeister was born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Nebraska in 1987. She then attended the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, IL and graduated Cum Laude in 1991. She continued her podiatric training in a surgical residency program at Central Community Hospital under the directorship of Dr. Charles Witt.

Dr. Hofmeister then began her private podiatric practice in Manteno, IL. In the fall of 1992, she opened what is now called Prairie Rock Foot and Ankle Clinic.

Dr. Hofmeister is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and an active staff member at Riverside Medical Center, Riverside Ambulatory Surgery Center, Amita St. Mary’s Hospital and the Amita Wound Care Center.

Dr. Hofmeister has lived in Kankakee County with her husband and 3 children since 1991. She is a member of the local Manteno Chamber of Commerce and is a school board member for Manteno Community School District #5. She is also a member of Gathering Point Church in Bourbonnais, IL.

She keeps busy with her family, but in her spare time enjoys working in the yard, biking, snow skiing and traveling with family and friends.

Dr. Rebecca Hodulik was born and raised in Oregon, Ohio. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from The Ohio State University in 1992. She then attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, OH where she graduated with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 1996. She continued her training with a three year surgical residency program at the Houston Podiatric Foundation in Houston, TX. Upon completion of her residency training in 1999, she entered private practice and joined what is now Prairie Rock Foot and Ankle Clinic.

Dr. Hodulik is a member of both the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association. She is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and holds full staff privileges at Riverside Medical Center, Amita St. Mary’s Hospital.

Dr. Hodulik enjoys all aspects of podiatric medicine, from conservative care to surgery and has an interest in arthritis.

She currently resides in Manteno with her husband and three children, which occupy most of her free time. Besides enjoying time with her family, she also enjoys music, reading, animals and the outdoors.
